I want you to be happy with the products and service you receive from me, however if you wish to return or exchange an item then please notify me within 14 days of receiving the item by emailing me at email@example.com
I recommend that you return the goods, within 30 days, in suitable packaging, using a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of posting as I'm not liable for packages going missing.
Once I receive the returned goods, I will process a refund of your payment for the product and original delivery to you back through the original payment method within 28 days.
If a product is damaged in transit or faulty, then the item must be sent back in suitable packaging, using a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of posting. Once the item has been returned to me, a replacement or full refund will be given through the original payment method within 28 days.
The following items are non-returnable:
Items not in a pristine condition unless faulty.
Earrings for pierced ears unless faulty.
Specially commissioned pieces.
Personalised goods that are custom made and therefore cannot be resold.
If a bespoke order is cancelled before dispatch then only 50% of the order total plus delivery will be refunded to cover materials and other costs. Once an order has been dispatched, bespoke items are non-refundable unless faulty.
